These Terms and Conditions govern your use of 77vv. By registering or using any part of the platform, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77vv ("77vv", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the 77vv platform at 77vv.vin, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them in their entirety. Clause 1.1
Minimum Age

Geographical Scope

Players accessing the platform from locations where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and 77vv accepts no liability in such circumstances.

Personal Use Only
The 77vv platform is provided for personal, recreational use only. Commercial use, operation of a betting syndicate, use on behalf of a third party, or any other non-personal use of the platform is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be operating in a commercial or syndicated capacity will be suspended and all associated funds will be subject to review and potential forfeiture.
Account Registration and Management
Clause 2.1
Registration Requirements
To create a 77vv account you must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, create a secure password, and confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. 77vv may reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being obliged to provide a reason.
Clause 2.2
One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold one 77vv account only. Creating, using, or having access to multiple 77vv accounts is a serious breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, 77vv reserves the right to close all associated accounts immediately, void all bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit all balances including any pending withdrawals. If you accidentally create a duplicate account, you must notify 77vv support immediately to resolve the situation.
Clause 2.3
KYC Verification
77vv operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a valid National ID card, passport, or other identity documentation at any time, and in particular before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete. 77vv may request updated or additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient or if circumstances change.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Clause 3.1
Accepted Payment Methods
77vv accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. The maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed in the account dashboard at the time of the transaction. 77vv does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside 77vv's control.
Clause 3.2
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to the same mobile wallet used to make the qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawal requests are processed during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). 77vv will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on verification status and volume. 77vv reserves the right to delay any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity and source-of-funds verification.
Clause 3.3
Refused and Reversed Transactions
77vv reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place on hold any deposit or withdrawal at its sole discretion where it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other irregular conduct. In such circumstances 77vv will communicate its decision to the affected player and, where required by law, will report the matter to the appropriate authorities. Players whose transactions are refused or reversed will be notified by the support team.
Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
Clause 4.1
Welcome Bonus
New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit at 77vv may be eligible for the welcome bonus as advertised on the platform at the time of deposit. The welcome bonus is a 100% match on the first qualifying deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's account automatically following the qualifying deposit, subject to eligibility verification. The welcome bonus may not be withdrawn as cash directly — it is subject to wagering requirements as described in Clause 4.2.
Clause 4.2
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds, including the welcome bonus and any subsequent promotional bonuses, are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed in the promotion details at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the sum of the deposit amount and the bonus amount combined. Wagering must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the validity period will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being removed from the account.
Clause 4.3
Bonus Abuse
77vv operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using a bonus in a manner inconsistent with its terms, exploiting errors in bonus calculations, placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, and any other conduct that 77vv reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit the bonus system. Where bonus abuse is detected, 77vv reserves the right to void the bonus, void all associated bets, remove any winnings derived from the bonus, and close the account.
Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct
Clause 5.1
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77vv platform: using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a non-human manner; colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing or any form of cheating; using the platform to launder money or process proceeds of criminal activity; sharing account credentials with any other person; using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your actual location; and engaging in any conduct that 77vv reasonably determines to be abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise harmful to the platform, its staff, or other players.
Clause 5.2
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person. You must notify 77vv immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 77vv will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or where you have shared credentials with a third party.
Clause 5.3
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where 77vv reasonably suspects or determines that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in this Section, 77vv reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or close the account; void all or some bets placed on the account; forfeit the account balance including any pending withdrawals and bonus funds; report the conduct to relevant authorities; and pursue any other legal remedies available to 77vv under applicable law.
Responsible Gaming
Clause 6.1
Player Protection Tools
77vv is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides all registered players with access to the following self-management tools directly from their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be reversed during the period for which they are set. 77vv encourages all players to make use of these tools as part of a healthy approach to online gaming. Clause 6.2
21+ Policy and Underage Access Prevention

In addition to the age declaration required at registration, 77vv may conduct random age verification checks on existing accounts at any time. Where an account is found to belong to a person under 21, the account will be closed immediately, any deposits will be returned to the originating mobile wallet where technically feasible, and all winnings will be forfeited. 77vv also strongly advises all account holders to take appropriate measures to prevent minors from accessing their account credentials or devices.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 77vv platform, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and the selection and arrangement of all such content, is the property of 77vv or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the 77vv platform without 77vv's prior written consent.
The 77vv brand name, logo, and all associated marks are the exclusive property of 77vv. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use 77vv's trademarks, service marks, logos, or trade names. Any unauthorised use of 77vv's intellectual property may result in legal action. Game names, provider logos, and provider trademarks displayed on the platform belong to their respective owners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) and are used under licence.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The 77vv platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. 77vv does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 77vv does not guarantee that the platform will be accessible at all times, including during scheduled or emergency maintenance periods. 77vv makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information published on the platform, including odds, game results, or promotional information.

Your continued use of the 77vv platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The failure of 77vv to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 77vv with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
Governing Law and Contact Information
These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the 77vv platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 77vv operates as an online gaming platform and makes no representation as to the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the platform complies with all laws applicable to you. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the platform that cannot be resolved informally will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, the seat of which will be determined by 77vv at its sole discretion.
